Meet the Founder
Penaz Bardoliwalla
My journey began with a degree in Hotel Management, but in the 1990s, limited opportunities for women in Dubai’s hospitality industry led me to explore a different path. That shift took me into the corporate world, where I spent over 20 years working in Training and Development with global organizations such as Oracle and Baker Hughes.
While my career shaped my understanding of people, relationships, and meaningful connections, my love for creativity and handcrafted design was always close to my heart. Over time, this passion grew into a desire to create something more personal—something that brought joy through thoughtful gifting.
That’s how Dazzling Designs by Penaz came to life. Every piece we create is close to my heart, designed with care, intention, and individuality. I truly believe the most special gifts are the ones that feel personal and are made with thought and love.
